Thrive Counselling has been serving Manitobans since 2014. We have three locations conveniently located around Winnipeg, and offer secure-video sessions to those outside the immediate area. Our dedicated team consists of Master Level Therapists as well as some therapists in training. We believe therapy shouldn’t just be normal and stigma-free, it should be accessible to everyone.
We are committed to improving the lives of all Manitobans regardless of income, physical limitations, race, sexuality, gender, or faith. Our vision is a world where we can each thrive in our individuality and approach difficult people or circumstances with the tools to build peaceful and meaningful interactions.

Our regular sessions are $110/hr* with no hidden fees. Evenings, weekends, or multiple attendees won’t cost you extra!

Three locations, all fully accessible.
If you can’t make it in person, we offer secure-video, phone, and even Walk & Talk therapy at Assiniboine Park!

*Tax included. Price reflects regular 1hr sessions for children, teens, adults, couples, or families (in-person or virtual). Student therapists are $90/hr. EMDR is $145/hr.
*Specific therapists may have a waitlist due to, but not limited to; increased bookings, major life events, or temporary leave.
*We accept cash, debit, e-transfer, bank transfer, and all major credit cards. We do not take cheques.
