Welcome to our team!
We have twenty-five master level therapists and two master’s student therapists.
If you require any assistance with booking a therapist or need to match their credentials with your insurance coverage, we have knowledgeable administrative staff that understand insurance benefits who will walk you through the process.
All of our Masters* level therapists are covered under Manitoba Blue Cross.
*Student therapists may not be covered.

Summer Walk & Talk sessions are now happening!
Being outside in nature and moving our bodies can be integral with decreasing anxiety and reframing issues into new perspectives. Walk & Talk therapy is a great alternative to an office setting, especially for people who enjoy movement, and for anyone who feels more comfortable talking side-by-side rather than face-to-face.
