About Bret Luke

Hi, I’m Bret Luke and I am an Associate Therapist at Thrive Counselling. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania as well as a Master of Education in Marriage and Family Therapy from Duquesne University. I am a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) with a CCC (Canadian Certified Counsellor).

 

I have worked with families, couples, adults, adolescents, and children. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, grief and loss, trauma, and relational issues. My approach to therapy is a blend of Person Centered, Solution Focused, CBT, Attachment, Narrative Therapy, and Structural Family therapy. I would love to help you with whatever your therapy goals are. 

 

In my free time I enjoy swimming, yoga, weight training, walking my family dogs, travelling, and being around friends and family.
