About Dayna Harden

Hi! I’m Dayna, a member of the Client Care team at Thrive Counselling. I’m currently a master’s student at Yorkville University, pursuing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.

I have a passion for connecting with people and helping others feel heard, supported, and valued. I believe that feeling comfortable and welcomed is an important part of the counselling journey, and I enjoy being able to support clients as they take steps toward their personal growth and well-being. I’m grateful to be part of a team dedicated to making mental health support more accessible and creating a positive experience for every client.

Outside of work and school, I enjoy spending time outdoors, travelling, and making memories with my family.
