About LeAnn

LeAnn Pich
BA, MACP, CCC
Associate Therapist
I became a counsellor because I care about mental wellness. My counselling approach is person-centered, where I acknowledge that you are the expert in your own life. By working together, a plan will be created for improvement and goals will be set with a timeline for success. I have training in Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy and trauma work. I have experience working with many concerns including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, trauma, and stress.
I hold a Master of Counselling Psychology degree from Yorkville University, and a Bachelor of Psychology and Conflict Resolution degree from the University of Winnipeg. I am also a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). For almost 20 years, I have worked with clients in various settings to improve their lives and achieve their goals.
When I am not counselling or participating in further education, I enjoy spending time with my family, my friends, and my cats, as well as travelling, reading and listening to my favorite music.
I look forward to meeting with you soon!
